Ilayda Gurler is an attorney admitted to practice law in Florida, with a diverse general practice background encompassing litigation, regulatory compliance, business matters, and administrative law. Throughout her career, she has represented clients across a broad range of legal matters, managing cases from initial intake through resolution and advising clients on strategy, risk, and potential courses of action. Ilayda earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Florida International University College of Law, where she served as a Graduate Research Assistant and received the CALI Award for the Legal Skills and Values course. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Political Science, magna cum laude, from Virginia Tech. She has been a member of The Florida Bar since 2024 and is also a member of the American Bar Association.

Prior to attending law school, Ilayda gained hands-on legal experience as a legal assistant and law clerk at law firms in Miami, where she supported litigation matters throughout the discovery process and through trial. This early experience provided her with a strong practical understanding of litigation and the demands of effective legal advocacy.
